Sale of land and summerhouses

Sale It has two pavillion which be kept and a lot of land down the beach, providing potentional for extension. But the financial situation was poor and a solution had to be found. All the existing summerhouses could be sold and the new land devided up into lots. These could then be sold to those interested in Martinus´ work. This proved to be the solution to the financiel deficulties.
